How I Work

As Lead Designer I Joyce Richardson, have 20 years in the design industry and 3 years designing homes. I can create beautiful spaces to accommodate every style. I have a soft spot for glam, and seasonal decor. Rather it's a whole house flip or a simple office organization, no project is too big or too small.

 

I Will Come to You

After our consultation call I will schedule a time to come out and look at your space. I will help you develop the design solution that works best for you. . My personalized approach ensures that everything I select will sync in perfect harmony, with your existing space.

 

Design Consultation

I know every project presents its own unique set of priorities and challenges. I will take the time necessary to help establish the scope of your project and discover your style. If you don't have a style in mind I can create one that best fits your existing furnishings and space.

 

What to Expect

Our first appointment will last about one hour. Together, we will tour your space to assess your lifestyle and design preferences. We will discuss my design ideas, similar spaces I’ve transformed, along with some suggestions for your space/s.

 

Your Investment

I will work with you to identify your investment comfort range that accommodates your overall project goals. I will focus on your priorities first. We have the option to do one room at a time. I can satisfy most price points with a minimal project budget of $2250.

 

How long will the project take?

Following our initial consultation the design processs varies between 2-4weeks.This includes sourcing of all furnishings including accessories (with options), selection of material and fabrics, and execution!
